Description
| Small, fixed blade, single-edged knife. Handle appears to be of a very fine-grain wood, or possibly bone/horn, the end of which has been intricately carved to resemble a stylised animal head, possibly that of a tiger or panther. The blade is seperated from the handle by a short section of polished metal which is flush with the handle. The blade is slightly curved with a straight back set at a slight angle to the handle, similar in shape to a kukri knife. The overall style and shape of the knife, along with the carving on the handle, suggest that this knife may be of Asian or Indonesian origin. |
