Description "Touring Maps of England, Wales & Scotland". Published by Hovis Ltd. Lettering in gold. "2/6 net" price at bottom right corner indicates 1930s vintage, as later editions were priced at 4/. Very faded and stained covers and pages. Handwritten on the first page is "Norman MacLeod, Royal Deeside Hotel, Banchory". The metal spiral binding along spine is tarnished. Inside are maps of areas of the UK. Pages 26 and 27, a spread showing central Scotland, are partuclarly worn with browned sellotape down middle. There are also several Hovis adverts throughout, including one invoking the patron saint of travellers, Saint Christopher.
