| case and bullet. Turkish rifle round in 7.65mm caliber. The base is stamped with Arabic markings and a crescent moon and star. The round was possibly a souvenir from the Gallipoli campaign, in which both the 7th and 8th Battalions The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) took part. The primer is intact indicating this round may be live. |
