Description cast lead and painted. Figure of a piper of The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) c. 1881 - 1891. He wears a dark green Balmoral hat and a dark green doublet with black waist belt. His trews, plaid, and bagpipe cover are of tartan, green with a black stripe. One of a set of eight figures.
