Dark blue oriental scene, temple, trees, figures on bridge. Lahore John Thomson stone china - presumably made by Annfield Pottery but Lahore not known as a pattern name.

Annfield Pottery was established between 1816 and 1826 by John Thomson and was sited in the east end of Glasgow. The pottery was closed by 1883. The Annfield pottery produced utilitarian rather than ornamental wares, and exported to Canada and Australia. Items may be marked with Thomson, J.T., J.T. & Sons or Prince of Wales.
