| Description
| Buff moulded high fired jar with flat circular base, partially unglazed footrim. Crazed clear glaze on base, with streaked and mottled metallic oxides (blue, brown and green) on outer walls. Applied hollow holder to side wall. Flat round top with knob modelled as squirrel, in full relief. Late 19th early 20th century 'Maiolica'. Body similar to marked Caledonian Pottery Co Ltd.
