Description Round bodied teapot with pewter metal lid and spout. Body of teapot is white porcelain with a pattern of flowers (roses) and leaves on a textured background. Metal lid is hinged and attached to body of jug with a rim around top. No marks on base. Possibly a Staffordshire maker - very similar jug 2011.148 is Staffordshore made. Material is also known as moulded parian ware - parian is a type of bisque porcelain. Pewter lid and spout may not be original to item.
